The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.

Cancer diagnoses have been globally rising each year. This means that there is likely someone you know who is currently facing or has survived a battle against it. I have personally been affected by the devastation that cancer wreaks, with members of my family fighting to survive. When I learned about the mission of the Dempsey Challenge I became inspired to test my abilities in honor of those whose lives have been forever changed by these diseases.
