Once again, I am participating in the Dempsey Challenge!! It’s hard to believe that this is my 10th year running the 5K. For those that do not know, the Dempsey Challenge is a fundraiser for the Dempsey Center in Maine. The Dempsey Center helps provide resources to families impacted by cancer. The Center was a massive help to my aunt and her family during her cancer journey and has a special place in our hearts ❤️
