I’m walking to support the services of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter.  The shelter is committed to guiding a community for responsible pet stewardship and the humane treatment of animals.  The shelter cares for nearly 4,500 animals every year and provides the highest standard of medical care to each one.

A few of the lifesaving programs of the shelter include: low-cost adoption programs, low and no-cost spay & neuter clinics, a trap-nueter-return cat community program, low-cost public vaccine clinics, a pet food bank for low income individuals, humane education, foster and hospice programs, and microchipping.  To learn more about all the services provided by the shelter, go to https://psanimalshelter.org/
