The Chicago Dance Community is not only comprised of its dance artists, but the many artistic directors, choreographers, composers, studio musicians, set/lighting/costume designers, and company and studio instructors and dance educators. Many of these people do not have medical coverage. I volunteered onstage for this performance for 11 years. Now I have the pleasure of sitting on the CDU Board and it's DEI Advisory Committee and have been able to provide my University Students arts managment internships to this org. Please help me raise money for direct grants that go to these deserving artists to pay for their preventative, emergent, or chronic medical care, which may range from mental health, P/T, Surgery, chemotherapy or wellness checks, and tests such as mammograms or MRI's.
