This year's theme is "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" as we celebrate 10 years of Dining in the Dark. Before joining us for this year's adventure, take a look back at where it all began. What to Wear
*Costume Regulations: Due to Ohio Regulatory considerations, all faces must be recognizable upon entering the casino. No face painting will be permitted, and masks cannot be worn on the casino floor. Face painting or masks must be brought in a purse or backpack upon arrival and not pulled out until you arrive in the Event Center Ballroom. Additionally, nothing that can be mistaken as a weapon will be allowed.*

Like Dorothy’s journey down the Yellow Brick Road, every person served by CABVI travels a unique path toward greater independence, confidence, and opportunity. Throughout the evening, guests will embark on an immersive experience designed to offer a glimpse into the challenges and triumphs that can accompany vision loss. As part of the experience, guests will be invited to enjoy dinner while blindfolded, navigating the meal without sight and experiencing firsthand how everyday activities are more challenging with vision loss.
Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning as a longtime supporter, Dining in the Dark promises a meaningful, memorable, and magical evening in support of CABVI's mission: Empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with opportunities to seek independence.
