I've volunteered with Action Wellness since 2018, and the importance of the advocacy, resource allocation, and case management work that the agency provides to people living with chronic illness has only become more obvious over the past year, as we have all had to confront questions of mortality, quality of life, and the gap between the care that all should recieve and the care that few can access.

This particular fundraiser is usually oriented around dining out in Philadelphia, but the pandemic has moved it online--now you can donate from anywhere, and (optional) let me know if you're eating or drinking anything special to mark the occasion.
