Please consider supporting me in my efforts to raise funds for The Children’s TherAplay Foundation mission by supporting the 7th Annual Day of Giving. Children’s TherAplay offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy using a horse as a treatment tool to benefit children – and their families – who face life with a disability.

When I was two and a half years old, my physical therapist recommended that my parents try The Children's TherAplay to help me improve my walking skills. I worked with Miss Jen Grillo until I was five to gain gross motor skills on par with my peers. Fast forward to my teen years, and I now play flag football, run track, play tennis, and dance in Show Choir. I also spent 12 years as a ballerina and several years on a competition program. It is evident that I caught up with my peers. Thanks, Miss Jen!

Ever since my time at The Children's TherAplay, horses have been in my life. After graduating TherAplay, I transitioned to Agape Therapuetic Riding and then to a private dressage barn. At age 14, I started volunteering at Agape and now I serve The Children's TherAplay on the Jr. Board. Therapy techniques using horses changed my life, and I want to help other kids to be able to have the same experience.

No gift is too small, and every dollar helps TherAplay reach the Day of Giving goal of $90,000. My personal goal is to raise $500 and our Jr. Board hopes to raise $4000 among our group.
