We are participating in DogFest North Central because we love dogs and know the joy they bring to our lives each and every day. We also believe in Canine Companions and their mission to provide expertly trained service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities FREE of charge.
Since 2017, MPLX has donated $43,202 to support Canine Companions. We are pleased to partner with the Western PA Volunteer Chapter. A great big thank you to all of the Canine Companions volunteers who attended the event: Kip and Lisa Treganowan, Derek Hought and Don Stull. Golfers visited with future service dogs Maz, Maeva and Halen along with puppy Marcellus, who we named thanks to our generous supporters. Canine Companions Therapy Dog Eddie was also on hand with his handler Jim Caprio.
