Farley VII and I were paired as a Canine Companions working team, November 2019. Six years Farley has provided spot on service task helping me achieve a more independent lifestyle; after a physical life changing automobile accident, unwaveringly backed and supported by Canine Companions the entire time.
Farley continues the Canine Companions mission supplying love and warm paws of affection to many other cumbersome life situations. Together, we visit hospital and rehab settings, children's hospitals and pediatric rehabilitation unit's, churches, civic organizations and much more. We regularly work as ambassadors at our State Capitol for disability laws and provisions, recently advocating, testifying for and realizing HB1178 come pass to law in 2025.
As a service dog recipient and community ambassador, I appreciate your one time or ongoing tax-deductible donation: funding Canine Companions, placing expert service dogs to individuals with disabilities, facility dogs in courts for domestic and children's protection, rehabs, Veterans Centers and so much more.
