Why I Support Blue Mountain Humane Society
When I initially started volunteering at the Humane Society I thought I could get a little extra exercise in while hanging out with dogs. And while my time there does fulfill that initial desire, it's also become so much more. Having the opportunity to engage with the animals to help enrich their lives while they wait for their perfect human match to come along has enriched my life equally. I've gotten to know the unique personalities of the dogs and cats who are at the Humane Society and have fallen in love with so many of them. And, the other humans who work and volunteer there are so dedicated and passionate, it inspires me daily.
The work BMHS is doing for our community is beautiful and life changing for pets and families!
