Inployable: Connecting Jobseekers with Down Syndrome with Employers in Canada

Launched in October 2022, Inployable was created to help individuals with Down syndrome connect with employers and resources during their employment journey. This first-of-its-kind Down syndrome employment initiative on LinkedIn is working to change the way companies recruit, hire, and onboard employees. Exciting updates to the program are planned for 2023, including enhanced employer resources.

MinDsets: Health and Wellness Research in the Down Syndrome Community

After 2 years of research, we are excited to announce the results of the MinDsets study with Dr. Dan Gordn from ARU Universty (UK) in April 2023. Building on this announcement, we will work with individuals and families to provide additional Health & Wellness tools that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, at no cost.
