In February, I will be running in the Disney Princess Half Marathon with Team Girl Power 2 Cure in honor of a sweet little lady named, Emma.  I am raising money for Girl Power 2 Cure because I believe a cure can be found for Emma and many others. Your contribution will make an impact no matter how big or small it is. If you are not able to donate, please send positive thoughts on race day, take time to spread the word about this event and do your part by helping to spread awareness about Rhett Syndrome. Girl Power 2 Cure is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and spreading awareness; supporting families; funding research; and  inspiring action for Rhett Syndrome, a devastating neurological disorder that affects children. Most kids with Rhett Syndrome cannot speak, walk or use their hands. Another child is born with Rett Syndrome every 90 minutes.
