DSAB is a non-profit organization led by a group of passionate people to help individuals and families of those with Down syndrome since 2006. Through our community activities, events and funding for our local families, we are striving to build a supportive culture of awareness, acceptance and advocacy throughout all Brevard County.
The vision of DSAB is to build a culture of respect, inclusion, support, and education in Brevard County where individuals with Down syndrome can RISE to their full potential at all stages of their lives. Through the Down for Derby Gala we hope to showcase to you how successful and brilliant people with Down syndrome are when given the right mix of Respect, Inclusion, Support and Education.
Please join us for our 2nd Annual Down for Derby Gala & Auction at 5:30pm on May 6th at the Hilton Rialto in your best 'Derby' attire (hats and bowties) to raise a glass and some cash for some pretty awesome people. Place your race bet, compete in our silent & LIVE auction hosted by Sheriff Ivey, enjoy a delicious meal, DJ, photobooth & quality time celebrating with a few self-advocates.
