Chloe's Crew is a group that supports my niece, Chloe Jones and many others. She was born in January of 2015 with Down Syndrome. She has been such a blessing in all of our lives, and now we are working to bring awareness to the community about Down Syndrome. Feel free to support us in any way you can!
