Welcome to Peaches and Team! Our walk is dedicated to our daughter, Grace.Â
Grace will be turning 1 year old a week after the walk. She has been such a joy since the moment we laid eyes on her. She is currently rolling all over the place and working hard to sit on her own. She also is so close to crawling. She is very motivated and I won't be surprised if she hits that milestone soon.
We would love to have you walk on our team to celebrate Grace and the Down Syndrome Community. If you're unable to make the walk, please consider a contribution to DSAW.
