Dearest family and friends ...  come celebrate her 17th birthday with us at the Milwaukee Zoo for the Down Syndrome Awareness Walk, Sept. 28th at 11 AM!

Celebrating her birthday at this walk every year is a tradition that is very special to us and her birthfamily. Her actual 17th birthday is September 29th, so the walk is always close the her birthday. We invite you to please join us for food and cake, because you are one of Gianna's BFFs, and she would love you to be there! This year she is dedicating the VIP 21 showcase walk on the red carpet to her birth-brother, Marko, who passed away this past year, as well as many of the other losses her and her family have experienced this year.

For the event, won't you please support DSAW by simply making any donation (in lieu of a birthday present), by joining her team, "Heavenly Rosebud" or simply donating? Then join us on Sunday, September 28th at the Milwaukee County Zoo. (BTW, your donation covers your admission (for your whole family!) to the zoo!) We plan to meet toward the far southeast side of the Oak Grove picnic area (close to the parking lot). When you arrive at the zoo admission gates, just let them know you're there for the DSAW walk, and have the special code ready they send you, and they'll let you pass. Then look for the birthday balloons, and the prettiest crazy animal there!
