As you know, I have been working for DWC for almost 3 years, and even just in this short time I have witnessed first hand the impact that our essential services can provide. Now that we are celebrating 40 years that the Downtown Women’s Center (DWC) has been helping women experiencing homelessness in downtown Los Angeles secure housing and reach personal stability, the need has only grown greater alongside our changing city. DWC is now reaching beyond Skid Row to help even more women in need.

For 40 days, I’ll be joining DWC to raise funds to pay rental application fees, gather welcome home kits, purchase furnishings, and cover security deposits to end women's homelessness across greater Los Angeles.

My goal is to raise $500 from friends and family before April 22, 2018.
