Hi everyone! I'm very excited to experience runDisney but even happier to do this as a duo! Life has taught me that things will and can be hard at times, but we get to choose the things we put all our energy and time into. My kids have unknowingly given me the strength to face and overcome obstacles and odds that I couldn't have otherwise. This race will be hard, I'm not a runner, but my son is running with me and he's on the spectrum. He's showing me that I can do anything I put my mind too. Especially, raising awareness for this beautiful cause and foundation. My family and I love adventures; they not only bring us closer together and make our bonds stronger, but also help us grow. This will be the best adventure weve gone on so far and I couldn't be prouder to share it with him. As a parent we always try our best to teach our kids to be kind, generous with our time, and understanding of others. When he asked me to run with him, not only did it make me a happy mom, but taught me a new way to help others.
