DWPS 2025

Drue Foster and Emily Brock

Bios

Emily grew up a military brat, living all over the country. Her family eventually ended up in Colorado where she attended Pueblo West High School. The highlight of her time there was being voted prom queen her senior year by her peers. After graduation Emily started taking dance lessons at a local arts center and now dances with the Haven School of Dance "Danceables", a group of unique individuals many of whom receive services at PDI. Emily's lack of shyness and her fearlessness really shines through whenever she's on the dance floor shakin' that booty! Both Drue and Emily are looking forward to raising funds to support such an important organization and they hope watching their performance puts a smile on your face. Drue is from Fremont County and has worked for Pueblo County as an Adult Protection caseworker for the past 2 ½ years with a nursing home social worker background, he is excited to raise money for POI! Some of his regular clients receive services or employment through POI and helping them to raise money is an honor! Drue serves on the board for AFSCME Local 1335. Drue plays multiple sports throughout the year and enjoys running and doing Cross Fit as well. Drue is trading his running shoes for dancing shoes and hopes you all enjoy his and his partner Emily's performance!
