Lauren O'Sullivan
Lauren is a gynecologist who has lived and practiced in Bend for 18 years. She truly enjoys caring for women of all ages and from all walks of life. She has traveled to Guatemala several times on medical mission and hopes to do the same in Africa someday.
Lauren has a “work hard – play hard” attitude and, when not helping patients, loves to ride bikes, hike, ski and do yoga. She adores Bend for its perpetual sunny skies, endless outdoor opportunities and friendly locals! Lauren loves to try new sports, especially those that involve adrenaline, and most recently got her motorcycle endorsement. So...when asked to be part of Dancing with the Central Oregon Stars, Lauren did NOT hesitate!
Over the years, Lauren has become familiar with Sparrow Clubs through her children, who have grown up in Bend-Lapine schools. Each year, their schools would adopt a new Sparrow and Lauren would learn all about that special kiddo at the dinner table. It warms her heart to be able to participate in this spectacular event that combines a new sport (dancing) and a very meaningful cause.
