Heather Lipana
Heather is a leader in human resources, organizational development, and mergers & acquisitions. Over the last 10 years living in Oregon, she has worked for Lithia Motors and Andretti Autosport.
She was a professional road cyclist for 5 years with Trek, securing over 20 wins and countless individual and team podiums. More than the results, she loves the accomplishments that result from teamwork, goal setting, discipline, and determination.
Heather’s greatest love is for her 23-year-old daughter who graduated from Cal Poly in 2022 and is currently an elementary school teacher in Roseburg Oregon. When she’s not bugging her with unsolicited advice, you’ll find her on bike, running the Green Lakes trail, or at CrossFit. She is passionate about helping others through career coaching, Somatic Therapy, and Holistic Nutrition for Chronic Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Sparrow Clubs is an important mission for Heather because she believes in advocating for others and that banding together as a supportive community creates a strong sense of belonging and is crucial to overall health and wellbeing.
