Lauren DuBose
Lauren began dancing at age 5 when she instantly fell in love with the art. She danced and trained in Arizona as part of a competition team throughout high school and taught with National Dance Alliance through college.
Lauren’s passion and love for dance turned into an opportunity to share that with students in Central Oregon. Upon moving to Bend in 2007 she started teaching and choreographing for studios and competition teams locally.
In 2020, she opened The Dance Connection Bend with partners Amy Adams and Paige Hargous. The studio’s mission is to connect dancers of all ages and the love of dance! Connect, Create and Celebrate is TDC Bend’s motto!
Lauren has won numerous choreography awards at various competitions throughout the Northwest and has a true passion for working with youth and sharing her love of dance with the next generation. She shares there is nothing better than watching dancers shine on stage!
As a big fan of the work Sparrow Clubs does within our region, Lauren was thrilled for an opportunity to give back and be a part of such a special event this season.
When Lauren isn’t dancing, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring all Central Oregon has to offer.
