Ashley Chase first moved to Bend in 2006, right after high school, to work a season at Mt. Bachelor and get a free season pass. Despite a few moves throughout Oregon and a stint in Maui, she always found her way back to this vibrant community.

In 2017, she founded Birdseed Granola, acknowledging that the overwhelming community support was crucial to her success. Over the next four years, Ashley expanded the business, partnering with local and national retailers. In 2021, she sold Birdseed Granola, marking a significant milestone in her entrepreneurial journey.

After the sale, Ashley transitioned into marketing and became the spokesperson for many solar panel ads seen throughout Oregon. She discovered her passion for marketing and now works in business development for multiple businesses. Ashley is also a board member of Deschutes Women in Business with two other female leaders. This platform fosters collaboration, mentorship, and growth among women in the business community.

Passionate about health and fitness, Ashley teaches dance fitness classes at Sekse Fit, inspiring confidence and well-being in women of all ages. When she's not in the dance studio or working on business development, you can find her running the trails around Bend and enjoying outdoor adventures with her 4-year-old daughter. Her commitment to the community, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to empowering others leave a lasting impact on Bend and beyond.
