Lana Duran has made Bend her home for the past 15 years, and she continues to find joy in the breathtaking beauty of the Cascade Mountains, waterfalls, and lakes that define the area. Her journey began with a decade of dedicated service in the hospitality industry, where she honed her skills as a server and bartender. Her passion for exceptional service and strong personal connections led her to a managerial role at her favorite sushi bar, Kanpai. The relationships she cultivated there proved invaluable, guiding her to her current role as a Broker Associate with Brasada Ranch Real Estate, where she has been thriving since 2022.

Beyond her professional life, Lana maintains an active and fulfilling social life. She participates in a monthly book club, enjoys regular dinner meetups with friends, and is an avid movie lover. Her downtime is often spent with her partner, Ryan, their affectionate cat Bo, and their playful pug, Janny. Lana’s interests also include hiking, traveling, attending live music events, and embracing every opportunity to laugh and savor life’s moments to the fullest.

Lana has always felt a strong desire to give back to her community but was initially uncertain about the best way to channel her efforts. When Sparrow Clubs invited her to join Dancing with Central Oregon’s Stars, it felt like the perfect opportunity. The organization’s mission resonated deeply with her, and she eagerly embraced the chance to support their fundraising efforts while enjoying the experience of dancing for a great cause.
