Shani Pearce was born and raised in the Rogue Valley, and proudly calls Southern Oregon her home. She has five children and two granddaughters who keep her very busy with their various sports and activities. Her family serves as her greatest motivation and source of joy in her life. In her spare time, Shani enjoys all the outdoor opportunities the region has to offer; hunting, camping, hiking, and wine tasting. Professionally, Shani has a background in Human Resources and currently works for a large west coast company in the oil and energy industry, a company who places a strong emphasis on supporting the communities in which it operates. Additionally, in her personal time, Shani also works as an event coordinator, having helped organize numerous non-profit events in the valley over the years. She maintains a particular passion for organizations that support women and children. Shani has also served as a foster parent. The DWTRVS event is a natural fit for Shani, an event aimed at engaging community support for local children.
