I am so excited to raise money for Sparrow Clubs through my participation in the 15th annual Dancing with the Rogue Valley Stars! Donating to my page will not only help me compete for the Shining Star Award (most money raised), it will also help Sparrow Clubs continue to impact thousands of students with compassion by empowering them to help local families with children in medical need. Your support means so much to me and to Sparrow Clubs! Click the "Donate Now" button to become one of my supporters! Thank you for cheering me on!
The Sparrow Clubs Impact
Megan Reed moved from California to the Rogue Valley at the tender age of 8 and has been a proud Oregonian ever since. After graduating from Logos Public Charter School and then Rogue Community College, she took a gap year (or two) volunteering on a YWAM medical ship in Australia and Papua New Guinea. She’s now back in Southern Oregon working as a CNA at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center while she pursues becoming a NICU nurse through Oregon Health & Science University.
Megan first became aware of Sparrow Clubs in high school when Logos adopted a Sparrow. She experienced first hand how kids rallying behind other kids brings a positive impact not only to them but to the whole community. Megan has danced in some form since she could walk and found an amazing community in ballroom dancing as a shy teenager. She’s thrilled to be back on the DWTRVS stage and sharing her passion for dance for such a great cause!
