Erica Le Bleu moved to the Rogue Valley in 1998. She received a BA in English Literature and an MA in Teaching from SOU. Erica has been married to her husband, Herman, for 25 years.  They reside in Central Point and have 3 children together - Tyler, Grace, and Owen.

Erica currently teaches 1st grade at Lone Pine Elementary School in Medford. She believes the key to being a good educator is a willingness to learn new things. She is proud to have worked as an educator for over 20 years. During that time, she has also been a reading instruction coach and an English Language Learner Coordinator. 1st grade is her favorite grade to teach, and she loves being a Lone Pine Wildcat!

In her spare time, Erica loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her family. She also loves animals! She has 4 dogs and a cat. Erica is very excited to support Sparrow Clubs because she has seen how hard students work to raise funds for their adopted Sparrow. Sparrow Clubs is special to her because it is a wonderful reminder that kids can truly make a difference.
