As an Office Coordinator with DFC, a finance corporation for Lithia & Driveway for the past four years, she is known for her strong organizational skills, work ethic, and in keeping operations running smoothly with a positive attitude and a smile. Outside of work, Teri thrives on crafting memorable experiences for the people she loves. Whether she’s making her signature cheesecakes, or planning lively events and celebrations, she finds joy in creating moments that bring others together. Her playful spirit shines brightest when she’s infusing everyday life with fun, laughter, and creativity. Family is the center of Teri’s world. As a proud mom of four, she embraces beautiful chaos of a busy household. She’s also preparing for her first grandchild, who will call her “GAMMZ” – with a Z, because Teri loves adding her own dramatic twist to everything. Her heart expands further with the two God kids she adores. Teri is deeply committed to giving back to her community. Her involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association reflects her compassion for meaningful causes, while her contributions to the Providence Festival of Trees allows her to blend creativity with community impact. When the opportunity arose to join Sparrow, she jumped in wholeheartedly to support children in need. From her professional life to her community passions, Teri’s mission is simple: bring joy, offer support, and make life brighter for everyone around her.  

Erica Flynn has been passionate about teaching the art of dance for the last 18 years. She began dancing at the age of three and started teaching by sixteen, dedicating her life to sharing her love for movement and expression. Trained in multiple styles—including lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, tap, voice, and pom—Erica brings a well-rounded approach to her instruction. She believes in fostering not only strong technical dancers but also confident individuals who carry the discipline, creativity, and passion learned in the studio into every aspect of their lives. As the co-owner of Inspire Dance Company alongside Bethany Anderson, Erica has helped create a space where dancers are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves. At IDC, she strives to instill the values of respect, perseverance, and artistry, shaping dancers who not only excel in technique but also develop into empowered and conscientious individuals.
