Welcome to My Personal Fundraising Page!

I am so excited to raise money for Sparrow Clubs through my participation in Dancing with the Rogue Valley Stars! Donating to my page will not only help me compete for the Shining Star Award (most money raised), it will also help Sparrow Clubs continue to impact thousands of students with compassion by empowering them to help local families with children in medical need. Your support means so much to me and to Sparrow Clubs! Click the "Donate Now" button to become one of my supporters! Be sure to get your tickets to the show on May 2nd to see me and the rest of our incredible cast in action! Thank you for cheering me on!

What is Sparrow Clubs?

About Me!

Brittany Duncil.pngBrittany is a Southern Oregon native who is proud to be raising her family in the Rogue Valley. She and her husband, Boyd, have been married for eight years and are parents to two young daughters, Clementine (6) and Juniper (3). A stay-at-home mom and pre-nursing student at Rogue Community College, Brittany is deeply rooted in caring for others, both at home and in her community. When she’s not studying or chasing after her kids, Brittany finds joy in gardening, baking sourdough, and volunteering at her daughter’s school. While she has no formal dance experience, she is excited to step outside her comfort zone and embrace a new challenge for a meaningful cause. Participating in Dancing with the Rogue Valley Stars allows Brittany to deepen her community involvement while raising funds and awareness for Sparrow Clubs. She is passionate about advocating for the positive impact Sparrow Clubs has on local youth and hopes her participation inspires others to get involved and give back to the community she loves

About my Hip Hop Coach!

Erica Flynn.pngErica Flynn has been passionate about teaching the art of dance for the last 18 years. She began dancing at the age of three and started teaching by sixteen, dedicating her life to sharing her love for movement and expression. Trained in multiple styles—including lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, tap, voice, and pom—Erica brings a well-rounded approach to her instruction. She believes in fostering not only strong technical dancers but also confident individuals who carry the discipline, creativity, and passion learned in the studio into every aspect of their lives. As the co-owner of Inspire Dance Company alongside Bethany Anderson, Erica has helped create a space where dancers are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves. At IDC, she strives to instill the values of respect, perseverance, and artistry, shaping dancers who not only excel in technique but also develop into empowered and conscientious individuals.
