I am so excited to raise money for Sparrow Clubs through my participation in Dancing with the Rogue Valley Stars! Donating to my page will not only help me compete for the Shining Star Award (most money raised), it will also help Sparrow Clubs continue to impact thousands of students with compassion by empowering them to help local families with children in medical need. Your support means so much to me and to Sparrow Clubs! Click the "Donate Now" button to become one of my supporters! Be sure to get your tickets to the show on May 2nd to see me and the rest of our incredible cast in action! Thank you for cheering me on!

About Me!
Standing tall at 5’ 11¾” (yes, the three‑quarters counts), JC is a proud comic book nerd who enjoys long walks on the beach and has called Central Point home since 2009. He currently resides there with his cat, Spy, who is unequivocally the best boy ever. JC’s hobbies include potatoes. By day, JC works at the Lithia Home Office as a Building Operations Coordinator, after spending the past five years in Human Resources. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at the Holiday Inn Express in Central Point, perfecting the art of hospitality and problem‑solving. You may recognize JC from his many costumed appearances in the community or at the Retro Wormhole where he spends most of his weekends. He’s a familiar face (and sometimes a very large prop) at Rogue Comic Con, which he helps organize. He is small town famous for his rendition of the Titanic and a giant plunger at the Polar Plunge, the Grinch for the Medford Tree Lighting, Frosty at Breakfast with Santa, Ghostbusters, Thor, Batman, and a delightful smattering of other goofy characters. JC brings a highly specialized dance background to DWTRVS, having mastered the Macarena, the Cupid Shuffle, and earning a respectable 14th‑place finish on Cotton Eye Joe on Dance Dance Revolution Extreme (arcade edition). Passionate about community involvement, JC is especially excited to support Sparrow Clubs and bring it center stage, because nobody puts Baby in a corner.
About my Pro Partner!
Megan Reed moved from California to the Rogue Valley at the tender age of 8 and has been a proud Oregonian ever since. Her passion for healthcare, volunteer work, and the power of compassion to transform communities have taken her across the country and even across the world to Australia and Papua New Guinea. Through all her travels, the Rogue Valley has always had a special place in her heart, and she started her dream job this year as a NICU nurse at Asante championing and supporting our youngest community members and their families. Megan first became aware of Sparrow Clubs in high school when her high school adopted a Sparrow. She experienced firsthand how kids rallying behind other kids brings a positive impact not only to them but to the whole community. Megan has danced in some form since she could walk and found an amazing community in ballroom dancing as a shy teenager. This is her fifth year being part of Dancing with the Stars and she is thrilled to be back on this stage sharing her passion for dance for such a great cause!
