Jacob “Jake” Blair is a Laboratory Operations Manager with Asante Health System, overseeing clinical laboratory services across multiple Rogue Valley hospitals. With a background in healthcare leadership and a Master of Healthcare Administration, Jake has spent his career focused on improving patient care, strengthening teams, and supporting the community he proudly calls home. Since beginning his healthcare career in 2016, Jake has worked closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, timely care for thousands of patients each year. He is passionate about mentorship, professional growth, and creating positive work environments where people can thrive. Outside of work, Jake enjoys hands-on creative projects, woodworking, home design, fitness, and spending time with friends and family. He loves taking on new challenges, whether it’s building something from scratch or bringing people together for meaningful experiences. Jake is honored to participate in Dancing with the Rogue Valley Stars in support of Sparrow Clubs. He is inspired by the organization’s mission to empower young people to serve others and make a real difference in their community. Jake hopes to raise both funds and awareness to help Sparrow Clubs continue changing lives throughout the Rogue Valley.

Erica Flynn has been passionate about teaching the art of dance for the last 18 years. She began dancing at the age of three and started teaching by sixteen, dedicating her life to sharing her love for movement and expression. Trained in multiple styles—including lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, tap, voice, and pom—Erica brings a well-rounded approach to her instruction. She believes in fostering not only strong technical dancers but also confident individuals who carry the discipline, creativity, and passion learned in the studio into every aspect of their lives. As the co-owner of Inspire Dance Company alongside Bethany Anderson, Erica has helped create a space where dancers are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves. At IDC, she strives to instill the values of respect, perseverance, and artistry, shaping dancers who not only excel in technique but also develop into empowered and conscientious individuals.
