Paisley Pool is the new sports anchor and reporter at KDRV NewsWatch 12. She graduated from Arizona State last May with a sports journalism and broadcast degree. She was a part of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority at Arizona State where she was hands on with various philanthropies around the Phoenix area most notably A New Leaf Domestic Violence Shelter. She took intermediate dance in high school for two years and worked her way to the front row of the dance lines even though her true passion lied in volleyball and track. She played four years of high school volleyball and track and competitive club volleyball outside of it. She loves all sports and enjoys covering the high school sports and college sports in the Rogue Valley. She is so thrilled to meet some new people and of course support Sparrow Clubs.

Erica Flynn has been passionate about teaching the art of dance for the last 18 years. She began dancing at the age of three and started teaching by sixteen, dedicating her life to sharing her love for movement and expression. Trained in multiple styles—including lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, tap, voice, and pom—Erica brings a well-rounded approach to her instruction. She believes in fostering not only strong technical dancers but also confident individuals who carry the discipline, creativity, and passion learned in the studio into every aspect of their lives. As the co-owner of Inspire Dance Company alongside Bethany Anderson, Erica has helped create a space where dancers are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves. At IDC, she strives to instill the values of respect, perseverance, and artistry, shaping dancers who not only excel in technique but also develop into empowered and conscientious individuals.
