Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, CheyAnne Boen is a proud South Medford High School graduate who deeply values the community she calls home. She is a dedicated mom to her five-year-old son and recently got engaged to a wonderful man with two bonus daughters 6 and 9, a labradoodle pup and a cat that can't stay out of trouble. CheyAnne works as a Realtor with Windermere Van Vleet & Associates Medford, where she is known for her strong work ethic, integrity, and genuine passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. In recognition of her commitment to clients and the community, she was honored as the Rogue Valley Association of REALTORS® 2025 Realtor of the Year. Outside of real estate, CheyAnne enjoys traveling, binge watching reality TV shows, and quality time with loved ones. She likes giving back and staying involved in many causes close to her heart. While she may not be going pro anytime soon, she’s excited to take part in this fun fundraising event for a great cause that she has supported since childhood. Erica Flynn has been passionate about teaching the art of dance for the last 18 years. She began dancing at the age of three and started teaching by sixteen, dedicating her life to sharing her love for movement and expression. Trained in multiple styles—including lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, tap, voice, and pom—Erica brings a well-rounded approach to her instruction. She believes in fostering not only strong technical dancers but also confident individuals who carry the discipline, creativity, and passion learned in the studio into every aspect of their lives. As the co-owner of Inspire Dance Company alongside Bethany Anderson, Erica has helped create a space where dancers are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves. At IDC, she strives to instill the values of respect, perseverance, and artistry, shaping dancers who not only excel in technique but also develop into empowered and conscientious individuals.
