Kristee Milkowski is a Southern Oregon native who was born and raised in the Rogue Valley and is proud to be a fifth-generation member of the community she calls home. She attended Grace Christian Middle School and graduated from Crater High School before building her career locally. Today, she works as a real estate professional and owns Wild Roots Photography, both of which allow her to work closely with people during meaningful moments and milestones in their lives. With a strong connection to the outdoors and the community that shaped her, Kristee values relationships, service, and showing up for others. She is honored to participate in Dancing with the Rogue Valley Stars in support of Sparrow Clubs and the incredible impact they have on local children and families. Outside of work, Kristee enjoys hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and riding motorcycles. She is excited to take part in this experience through dance while helping raise awareness and support for a cause that makes a lasting difference in the Rogue Valley.

Erica Flynn has been passionate about teaching the art of dance for the last 18 years. She began dancing at the age of three and started teaching by sixteen, dedicating her life to sharing her love for movement and expression. Trained in multiple styles—including lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, tap, voice, and pom—Erica brings a well-rounded approach to her instruction. She believes in fostering not only strong technical dancers but also confident individuals who carry the discipline, creativity, and passion learned in the studio into every aspect of their lives. As the co-owner of Inspire Dance Company alongside Bethany Anderson, Erica has helped create a space where dancers are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves. At IDC, she strives to instill the values of respect, perseverance, and artistry, shaping dancers who not only excel in technique but also develop into empowered and conscientious individuals.
