One of a kind replica of the Firestone Firehawk's (Firestone Tires' mascot) go-kart. The first winner on Firestone tires was also the first winner of the Indy 500 – Ray Harroun in 1911 so they go back to the beginning with the races. Firehawk is at all the races and drives around in the little Firestone go-kart (see photos). Al Speyer, who was the Executive Director of Motorsports for Firestone had the replica built for a charity event around 2010. Donated by Gail Dady and generously restored and the engine was overhauled and tuned up for fun, by Blue Ridge Motorwerks, www.blueridgemotorwerks.com, April 2022.
