I have worked with CHHF for more than 25 years. It is more than just a job, it has been a lifeline for people in my community. I have seen thousands of sick people receive medical care because of CHHF - their commitment to the Limón community is outstanding.

Even in my personal life, CHHF has been there to support my family and me over the years. 

For example, as my dad has gotten older, CHHF has been there to help and provide care for him. Mission team members make house calls every time they are in town. They adjust his medications, provide IV fluids, and offer suggestions on how to make him more comfortable. The organization provides medication, personal hygiene products, and other medically related products to help. My dad does better because of the Foundations help. 

I’m thrilled to be participating in A Path to Hope - Walk for a Healthy Honduras, a fundraiser supporting Carolina Honduras Health Foundation (CHHF)! I will be walking in Limón, so come join me!
