TICKETS

  • You will not have a physical ticket – your email confirmation is your ticket.

PARKING

  • The Old Post Office is located at 433 W. Van Buren Street.  Paid parking is available for $15 at the parking garage located at 404 W. Harrison Street.
  • There is major construction surrounding the Old Post Office. The only way to access the parking garage is coming from the east on Harrison.  Please see the ATTACHED on page 3 for more detailed instructions.

AUCTION

  • You do not need to be present to participate in the auction. 
  • You will need to have a credit card on file to bid in the auction.  You can “save” your credit card information when purchasing your ticket or there will be a link in your ticket email to set up the payment method. You must complete this step prior to participating in the auction.  Please try to complete this step prior to coming to the event.  If you cannot attend the event in person and would like to participate in the auction virtually, you do need to register/set up an account and put a credit card on file. See the “Virtual Auction” section for further details.
  • We recommend that you download the Givi app before attending the auction for the best auction experience.  You can also bid through our website however some of the bidding features are only available on the app.  Here is a link for instructions on how to Get Started on Givi.  The name of the auction is “2022 Evening Reception”.  Additional instructions on navigating in Givi are in the app.  Your username and password are the same for both bidding on the website and/or using Givi.
  • The Auction will close at 7:30 PM on November 30thThe Winning Bidder need not be present.

VIRTUAL AUCTION

  • If you cannot attend the event in person and would like to participate in the auction virtually, you do need to register and set up an account/put a credit card on file. This registration is free.
  • Register by clicking on the “Virtual Auction Bidder” tab.  Under “Please select an option” you will see “Virtual Auction Bidder” which is a $0 cost registration.  Once you complete the “Registration” you will get to a screen where you can “Set up an Account to Bid” and “Add a Payment Method”.  You will also receive an email with your “ticket” and a link to set up your account to bid.
  • You will not be charged unless you win an auction item.

RAFFLE TICKETS

  • Winner need not be present.
  • Raffle tickets are $25 each or $20 each for purchases of 5 or more tickets. 
  • You must select which of the raffle items you would like each ticket to be entered in when purchasing the tickets.
  • Raffle tickets are not available on the Givi app
  • You do not need to be registered to buy raffle tickets
  • Raffle ticket sales will end  at 7:15 PM on November 30th.
