• $35 sponsors a caregiver and a person living with dementia to attend an education event.
• $60 provides 2 hours of respite for a caregiver to attend a community workshop while their loved one receives care.
• $100 provides a personalized consultation with our Dementia Navigator for both a caregiver and their loved one.
• $300 provides a person living with dementia a Music and Memory at Home Kit.
• $500 provides a free educational webinar for caregivers, directly benefiting their loved ones living with dementia.
• $1,000 provides a community workshop, bringing critical tools and resources to caregivers and families across the state.
