Hey There,

Most of you know my WHY for being involved with this amazing event - to make sure as many women as possible know and understand the risk factors for breast cancer AND to ensure Every Woman Can get a mammogram.

My mom Linda had breast cancer. My Aunt Pat had metastatic breast cancer. Our cousin Miss Mary had metastatic breast cancer. My partner's sister Thea, niece Elaine and close friend all had breast cancer. My friend Roben next door. 

Add to that our EWC Co-Founder Ann, and emeritous board members Jan and Bonnie.

All stories are personal - every statistic flies out the window when you or someone you love gets this truly terrible disease.

I'm not going to sugar coat it. We rely on the dollars raised to continue this important work. Those who donate (Tom and I included) are helping women here in our community.

I know that you are no doubt making a difference in lots of places and spaces. I'm asking anyway. Help us support the women we all love with more time, more resources, move LOVE.
