Breast cancer has been a part of my life since I was my son's age. My Grandma Ruby has been cancer free for over 25 years, we lost Auntie Kathy 14 years ago, and I’ve had friends battle it as well. I’ve done tons of 5ks, participated in the Susan G. Komen 3 Day walk, even put on my own 5k with my cousin to raise money and awareness. Now I’m working in mammography with literal hands on care for finding and fighting breast cancer.
