During this time of unprecedented unemployment, families need more help then ever to provide the tools for their child's education. This is a partnership between Elim (assembly) and The Exodus Projects to provide school supplies to children in the Ford Heights and Chicago Heights neighborhoods.

You can help meet that need through HOPE Packs.

HOPE Packs are a "DOUBLE BLESSING" - providing much needed school supplies to under-resourced children AND meaningful work for adults with disabilities.

Your $24 donation provides a box full of essential school supplies to a local child in need, as well as compensation to an adult with disabilities who assembles that HOPE Pack with care.

Over 900 children in the communities of Ford Heights, and Chicago Heights need your help!  Your HOPE Packs gift equips them with the school supplies they need to be successful in school, and to have a hope-filled future.

Exodus Projects

Restore . Build . Send Restore: We lovingly restore broken individuals and their relationships to the church by sharing the gospel, serving communities, and partnering with local organizations, churches and governments to best serve those around us. Build: We faithfully build believers to become disciples in their communities through biblical education, meaningful worship, holistic life development and practical life skills development. Send: We prayerfully send out disciples who advance the work of Christ by planting churches and becoming urban missionaries within our own communities, locally, nationally and internationally.

Faith and Action

Faith and Action was organized in 2009 to provide a venue for people to serve, share their faith, and bless those in need. Our ministries vision is not only to meet people’s physical needs but also to meet their spiritual needs by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our volunteers are ordinary people that come together with a shared purpose of demonstrating God’s love in practical ways. “I will show you my faith by what I do.” James 2:18b In an effort to provide at-risk kids with an alternative to gang activities, Faith and Action provides opportunities for kids to interact with people who care about them. Just as important is that our outreach provides an opportunity for our volunteers to serve, bless, and show love to some of the most underserved children in Chicago. Many of our events are non-threatening and consist of simply spending some time with often neglected children. Often our time is our witness.
