YES!! We're proud of winning the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) Academic Giving Competition (AGC) the past three years honoring the team of Dr Paul Pagel, Dr. Eckhard Stuth and Dr. Astrid Stucke, as well as Dr. George Hoffman and Dr. Thomas Ebert.
We're in the competition this year to honor the outstanding Anesthesiology Residency and Specialty Fellowship training programs at MCW and the Masters of Science in Anesthesiology Assistant program at MCW. These programs have supported the education and training of many of you. You represent all that MCW Anesthesiology offers: Research, Education and Leadership. You all shape the future of our specialty.
This year we are focusing on winning the top spot for the number of donors while we pursue fundraising for FAER. Their mission is to support the early careers of future Clinician-Scientists to advance our specialty. Every year FAER awards over $2.5 million in grants and sponsors more than 100 student fellows and resident scholars!
