Who are we?

We support the Cedar Park High School RoboLobos, FIRST Robotics teams that focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathmatics) education.

And what do those teams do?

THEY BUILD ROBOTS!

Not only do they build 'em but they compete with the robots, last season winning the Texas 5A UIL State Championship, and coming so close to winning the FIRST World Championship.  Think super bowl with lots of technology and cheering fans. It's SUPER cool and we have a ton of fun.

Where Does the Money Go?

As you can imagine, it takes LOTS of resources for these students to do what they LOVE to do.

  • Software - they speak ROBOT!
  • Computers - friendly translators
  • Equipment - design, drill and construct
  • Tools - more than a hammer & screwdriver
  • Parts - metal, wires and techy parts
  • Travel Cost - haven't figured out teleportation yet
  • Community outreach - growing the next robot fans

REAL money facts: a robot controller costs over $500 and a swerve drive (that's the part that helps the robot move in multiple directions)  costs over $3500 (and that's not a high end one)!

The students have dreams of repeating as state champs, returing to the World Championship, and spreading STEM throughout their community and the world!

Please help us and donate to CPHS Robotics Booster Club to make that happen. EVERY dollar counts!
