I’ve accepted the challenge to “Karaoke for a Cause” in support of 88Nine Radio Milwaukee, which means I have committed to sing in front of hundreds of people at the 4th Annual Fall Ball on Friday, September 15, 2017.  My live performance will be backed by an all-star line-up of musicians from some of Milwaukee’s favorite bands…but I need your support!

I’m taking action because I believe in what 88Nine is doing for Milwaukee. Radio Milwaukee (88.9 FM) has really been a catalyst in the transformation of our city. As a nonprofit public radio station, Radio Milwaukee’s one-of-a-kind format is designed to unite people and build community through great music and compelling stories: on the air, online and in the community.

But Radio Milwaukee’s impact goes beyond the airwaves, beyond even the website and social media. In addition to great music and stories, 88Nine benefits our community as a whole and is elevating Milwaukee’s image and livability. Radio Milwaukee engages and attracts people to our city and promotes the kind of unique, authentic culture that makes people love living here.
