This is my fourth year running the Falmouth road race in honor of Laurel Pearl Bares. Laurel is my best friend’s daughter who unfortunately lost her battle to Neuroblastoma at 2.5 years old. After Laurel’s passing I vowed to continue to honor her and also continue to raise awareness for childhood cancer by running the Falmouth Road race.
