This year, Camp del Corazon is holding their Family Festival 5K virtually as a 30-Day Challenge Fundraising Event! Please support me as I challenge myself to two tasks over these 30 days. I hope to improve both my mental and physical health, and in turn, my overall heart health!

2. 30 minutes of exercise daily for 30 days

CdC not only provides a free summer camp for children with heart disease, it provides year-round events for children, young adults and their families. As a pediatric cardiac nurse and adult living with CHD, I believe that CdC has the power to change the lives of those living with CHD in remarkable ways. 

Not ony do I challenge myself these 30 days, I challenge you also to find ways to improve your mental and physical health as we venture into the last quarter of 2020.
