30 years ago my mother Lisa "Xena" Knight, and her colleague Dr. Kevin "Big Kahuna" Shannon set camp in motion. 30 years later Camp del Corazon is as strong as ever, serving 300 campers this past August. 

We are guided by their example and their pearls of wisdom.
