Hey friends! I'm raising funds for Camp del Corazon, a 100% free-of-charge residential summer camp on Catalina Island for 300+ kids (ages 7-17) living with congenital heart disease. CdC is an amazing, memorable, humbling, magical place. On the island we strive to create an environment that allows our campers to try new things, form strong friendships, challenge themselves, and just get to be kids for 5 days. Camp is a feeling, and I want as many kids as possible to experience it! I want to make sure that Camp continues to provide a community and family for future generations of heart kids and families.
