New Growth Project is a farm-based social enterprise creating meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. Through our 21-acre chemical-free farm, Field & Wick artisan products, and community partnerships, we provide meaningful work, skill-building, and a sense of belonging for individuals who are too often overlooked in the workforce.

Set inside the iconic Grand Rapids Public Museum, this year’s Farm Social invites guests into a magical, after-hours world where the museum “comes alive” with stories of growth, resilience, and transformation. Guests will explore interactive exhibits, enjoy local flavors, and experience a night filled with community, purpose, and celebration, all while supporting inclusive employment.

Farm Social is New Growth Project’s signature annual fundraiser, drawing community leaders, business partners, philanthropists, and advocates committed to creating a more inclusive workplace.
