30% of all donations will go towards our Fasting 5k's international charity partner IMANA, towards their SaveSmile Surgical Mission. IMANA will perform cleft lip surgeries on small children and youth in Khartoum, Sudan. IMANA Medical Relief has been undertaking this for 9 years now and has done 1,388 successful surgeries so far.
70% of your donation will go to a local charity called SMILE which provides support to children and youth with disabilities and their families. Your donation will go specifically to SMILE's Canada's Life Skills Program which encourages SMILE Youth to learn and practice skills focusing on self care/management, recreation, community participation, and social skills in their daily activities.
